• Call bookings: when you book a call through our Cal.com booking link, the name, email address, and phone number you enter in the booking form, together with your preferred time.
• Direct communication: any personal data you include when you email us directly.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Analytics (with your consent only): if you grant analytics consent, Google Analytics 4 collects anonymized usage statistics such as pages visited, time on site, device and browser type, and approximate location. Nothing is tracked before you consent.
• Spam protection: our contact form may use Google reCAPTCHA, which processes technical data (such as IP address and device signals) to verify you are not a bot. The reCAPTCHA token is verified and discarded and is never stored by us.
• Technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) automatically records standard server logs such as IP addresses, request times, and browser information to keep the Site secure and functioning.

We use the information we collect to:

• respond to your enquiries and provide quotes or proposals;
• schedule and manage calls and project meetings you book;

6. International data transfers

Some of our service providers (such as Google and Cal.com) may process data on servers located outside your country of residence, including the United States. Where such transfers occur, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms recognised by applicable law.

Analytics data is retained in accordance with Google's retention settings, and booking data in accordance with Cal.com's retention policy. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.
